Meet the head honcho, Ilene! A native New Yorker, born in Queens, raised in Long Island, she's had the perfect backdrop to develop her keen eye for trends and unleash her creativity. Noted in various trade publications throughout the past 20 years, Ilene Oren has been praised as a powerhouse at analyzing and forecasting the ever-constant changes within both the tween and young contemporary markets. She was officially titled "The Dean of Tween" in 2012 and then "Tween Queen" in 2024 in Earnshaw's magazine.

Meet Naomi, a New England native, born in Cape Cod and raised in Boston. She got her start in the market as a buyer and manager at a local children's boutique. She studied Business and Apparel Marketing at Indiana University. She loves to see trends making a comeback with twist! She values the relationships she has developed with her buyers and teammates at IOC. Naomi spends her time balancing from the ever exciting world of fashion with spending time with family and friends, shopping, traveling and hitting the gym.
Meet Anna, hails all the way from Nashville, TN and moved to the Big Apple literally overnight. She studied Fashion Merchandising at her Alma Mater Mississippi State. Anna is the queen of scrapbooking and loves to tailgate at Titans games.

Meet Judy, a true born and bred New Yorker, raised in the Bronx. She got her start assisting in apparel showrooms and studied mathematics at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Judy brings the urban flair to the IOC team, infusing her knowledge of hiphop culture into her view of fashion. She's known on her off time to be a fan of naps when she's not shaking it up on a dance floor or planning her next exciting meal.

Meet Meghan, originally from NH but a New Yorker at heart. She began in the industry studying Advertising and Marketing at FIT, interning at various fashion houses such as Giorgio Armani. She also graduated from the Shillington School of Graphic Design. Meghan is known to be a "jack of all trades" around the office. When she's not getting lost in YouTube, you can find her playing video games, solving a Rubik's cube or quoting some interesting random fact.
